Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver exclusively within the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to other states due to alcohol shipping regulations.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically ship within 4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes, someone 21 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. A valid ID matching the order details is required.
Can I schedule my delivery for a specific time?

Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary based on order size and location. We offer free shipping on orders above $199.

What should I do if my wine arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and bottles. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
What temperature should I store my wine at?
Red wines should be stored at around 55°F, while whites and sparkling wines should be kept slightly cooler, around 45°F. Store bottles on their side in a cool, dark place.

Do you offer special pricing for bulk or catering wine orders?

How far in advance should I place a bulk wine order?
