For this special chocolate, we proudly collaborated with Marco Gozzo, using his coffee from Finca Palagua in Vallejuelo, San Carlos, Colombia, which is prized for its exceptional quality. This Arabica coffee, grown in the lush, mountainous Antioquia region with rich volcanic soil and high altitudes, offers a smooth, rich taste with vibrant acidity and notes of citrus, chocolate, and floral undertones. Farmed with care by local farmers, it stands out as a premium product sought after by connoisseurs worldwide.
